In this two-year project, Anaheim Memorial, St. Joseph Hospital and the Orange County Ethnic Workforce Initiative Collaborative Group provide support for ethnic minority health workers at local facilities to return to school to upgrade their skill and fill critical local patient care vacancies as medical technologists and nurses.

This 16-month collaborative effort, with Latino Health Access and four Santa Ana Elementary Schools, uses existing systems to address and prevent serious overweight problems in children.
