Partners for Health: 1999-2000 Grants
As the fiscal year drew to a close, the "Partners for Health" projects were all in early stages of implementation. It is clear that the projects are addressing community need, and community residents are making use of them. In the year ahead, the Foundation will continue to work with the hospital sponsors of these programs, to assess their effectiveness and impact on the health needs of the families they assist.

Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), in collaboration with St. Joseph Hospital of Orange, MOMS (Maternal Outreach Management System) and The Boys and Girls Club of Santa Ana ($335,000)

To bring family primary care services to the Boys and Girls Club site on Highland Avenue in Santa Ana, and create a children's clinic on land adjacent to this accessible, centrally-located site.
