Giving Programs: Partners for Health
The Partners for Health program offers an opportunity for one or more non-profit hospitals in Orange County to provide stewardship to a collaborative of community providers and the hospital itself, to offer services consistent with the Foundation's mission. Eighty-two percent of foundation giving is designated to this program.
Community-based organizations may partner with an Orange County nonprofit hospital as the lead agency. Click on the nonprofit hospital link below to contact specific hospital representatives to coordinate partnering discussions.
Applications received by Thursday, August 25, 2011 will be reviewed by the Board on Wednesday, September 14, 2010.
To apply for a grant from Healthy Orange County, Partners for Health, or Gold Fund for Health grants, click here to download the HFOC Grant Application. Once you have completed it, save it to your local computer, and email it to grants@hfoc.org.
